He is heavily involved in training cancer patients as well as active aging clients. Exercise is essential for a healthy body and mind, our bodies and mind.

Recovery, Mobility and wellness
Hot Stone Massage is an ancient practice that uses heated natural Basalt stones that are placed on precise points along the body to create soothing pressure.
Adding heat to specific areas on the body enhances the feelings of relaxation and peace. Recommended in particular for individuals suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis or other chronic pain.
Sessions are 35 minutes, with an additional 5-10 minute cushion to address any possible technological issues.
Cupping is one of the Physical Therapy modalities we use to help patients with muscle tension, pain management and cell repair. This technique creates suction on the skin by applying flame before placing it on the targeted area.
We use cups that require no heating so there is no possible burning. Typically we keep the cups moving so little to no bruising should be expected.
